Day 1 – Turkey sightseeing tours Istanbul – Antalya (lunch, dinner)
Turkey sightseeing tours – We will fly from Istanbul to Antalya. When we arrive there, we will visit the Old City of Antalya with the lovely Ottoman style houses and great souvenir shops. (For bird-lovers, birding is possible while you are in Antalya. For Bulgaria, check birdwatching Bulgaria)
After lunch, we will get a boat from the harbour to experience the lovely water of the Mediterranean. We will sail to Duden Waterfall. Depending on the season, we will have a swimming break as well.
Day 2 Turkey private tours Perge – Aspendos – Side (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
In the morning, after breakfast, we will leave for Perge which is a Pamphylian city. Once in Perge, we will walk through the Roman Gate and down the Colonnaded Avenue past the Agora and the Baths. Also, the Hippodrome and Aqueduct. Our nice walk will finish at the Nymphaeum, a great fountain.
Our second stop will be the best preserved ancient Theatre of Asia – Aspendos. It is a gigantic Roman design theatre from 2 century. Continue on to the ancient city of Side and the Temple of Apollo, at whose ancient port St. Paul, Barnabas & Mark landed, en route to Antioch, during their missionary journeys. Day3 – Turkey sightseeing tours Finike – Demre (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
After we have breakfast in the hotel, we will leave Antalya to travel to the west. We will pass Kemer which is a great holiday resort. On the way to Demre, we will also have a short visit to Physalis, an ancient city which was the summer capital of Alexander the Great, and Finike. The highlight of the journey today will be visiting the church of St Nicholas Father Christmas in Demre.
Overnight in Antalya.
Day4 Antalya – Istanbul (breakfast)
After breakfast, free time for leisure and transfer to the airport.
